AWSGUI

End-user license agreement

Last updated October 15, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Kloudway, LLC ("we", "us"). It governs your use of the AWSGUI software ("Software"), whether on the Free plan or with a paid license. By installing or using the Software you accept this Agreement. If you don't accept it, don't install or use the Software.

License grant

We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on computers you control, as set out below. The Software is licensed, not sold.

Free plan

You may use the Software free of charge on the Free plan. Today the Free plan includes one active AWS account configuration and three tabs per tool. Some features may need a paid license (for example exporting data or related views), and we may change what the Free plan includes, and its limits, in later versions. A version you already have keeps what its Free plan included.

Paid licenses

  • A paid license is perpetual: you may keep using the versions of the Software released while your license includes updates, for as long as you like.
  • A purchase includes 12 months of updates. Versions released after your updates end run on the Free plan until you renew. A renewal adds 12 months of updates, at half the price you paid for the license, set when you bought it.
  • Each license may be activated on a limited number of devices: Standard covers 1 device and Pro covers 2 devices. You can move a license to another device by removing a device in the License Manager.
  • A license is for one person, or one person within an organization. Don't share your license key.
  • To transfer a license to someone else, contact support@awsgui.com; we will issue a new key to the new owner.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except where the law allows it despite this;
  • copy, distribute, rent, sell or sublicense the Software or license keys;
  • get around the license checks or device limits;
  • use the Software in breach of any law, or of the terms of the AWS accounts you use it with.

Your AWS accounts

The Software works with your AWS accounts using credentials you provide, and runs requests on your behalf. You are responsible for those accounts, the permissions you grant, and any charges AWS makes for the requests the Software sends. Review any change before you confirm it.

License checks and data

The Software contacts our license server to activate and check your license, check for updates, and (unless you turn it off) send a daily usage count. If our server can't be reached, an activated license keeps working. Our privacy policy explains what is sent and kept.

Updates and support

We may release updates with fixes, improvements and new features, and may change or remove features. We provide support by email at support@awsgui.com, without guaranteed response times.

Ownership

The Software and all intellectual property in it are and remain ours. AWSGUI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services; AWS names are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, work without interruption or be free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue or business, arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, however caused. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Termination

This Agreement lasts until it ends. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Software. It ends automatically if you breach it. A paid license ends if its purchase is refunded or charged back; the Software then runs on the Free plan. Sections that by their nature should survive, do.

Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
