Refund policy

We want you to be happy with AWSGUI. Try it free first on the Free plan. If a purchase isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a license or a renewal, for any reason. Write to support@awsgui.com from the email address you bought with, or reply to your receipt, and tell us which purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How it works

• We refund the full amount you paid, including tax, to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Stripe may also issue a refund itself when you contact it about a charge.
• Once a purchase is refunded its license stops working on the paid plan: the app goes back to the Free plan the next time it checks in. A refunded renewal removes the year of updates it added.

After 14 days

We don't normally refund purchases after 14 days, but we will where the law requires it, and we always look at accidental duplicate purchases. Contact us and we'll do what we can.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: a refund is faster. A disputed purchase's license is suspended while the dispute is open.
