Terms of service

These terms apply to awsgui.com, our License Manager, and buying AWSGUI licenses from Kloudway, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the website or buying a license you agree to them. Using the Software itself is covered by the end-user license agreement, and personal data by the privacy policy.

Buying a license

• Purchases are processed by Stripe, acting as the merchant of record. Stripe charges you, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT that applies, and sends your receipt. Stripe's terms apply to the payment.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page; Stripe may show and charge an equivalent amount in your local currency.
• Your license key is emailed to the address used at checkout, usually within minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, use Manage license, or contact us.
• A license includes 12 months of updates. Renewals cost half the price you paid for the license, set when you bought it. Discount codes apply to the purchase they are used for and don't lower the renewal price.
• We may change prices for new purchases at any time. A price change never affects a license you already bought.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of a purchase or renewal. See the refund policy. A refunded license stops working on the paid plan.

Your account in the License Manager

You sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to that email address secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. You are responsible for the devices you activate and for keeping your license key private.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the website or our servers: no attempts to break in, get around license checks, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access or revoke a license used this way.

Website content

The website and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate but don't guarantee it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time. Links to other sites are for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the website or your purchase. Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; using the website or buying after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
